Job Description:
Looking for a strategic and experienced Team Leader (Divisional Merchandise Manager) to lead category strategy, buying, and merchandising for our e-commerce platform. This role oversees a team of Buyers and is responsible for driving product assortment, vendor management, and pricing strategies to meet sales and margin goals. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, collaborative, and has a strong track record in digital retail.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Buyers across multiple product categories
Define and execute merchandising strategy aligned with company goals
Analyze performance data to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, planning, and operations
