An eCommerce Company is seeking an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support their DOO.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the daily tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and manage schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, and ensuring all commitments are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other inquiries.
- Assist in preparing materials and agendas for meetings, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items as needed.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including drafting correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records and files.

• It’s about understanding the nuances of each marketplace, whether it’s the creative, communitydriven environment of Etsy or the fast-paced, trend-centric nature of TikTok Shop, and leveraging these insights to maximize visibility and sales
• This ongoing process involves staying ahead of SEO trends, understanding platform-specific updates, and making data-driven decisions that align with our KPIs
• In essence, success in this role is a blend of achieving ambitious revenue targets through meticulous SEO optimization, while also ensuring a profitable, engaging, and customer-centric online shopping experience across all channels
• Manage the integration and synchronization of product listings across multiple platforms using software
• Content Management: create and update product descriptions, images, and content to ensure a seamless and attractive shopping experience
• SEO Optimization: implement SEO best practices to improve the discoverability and search engine ranking of our products on each platform
• Create a Seasonality Calendar & SOP to update the Shopify website, Channel banners, Amazon Storefront, etc Create a guideline to follow, what images are needed, what wording should be used, etc
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, provide regular reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve store performance
• Collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams, including optimization managers, marketing, supply chain & project managers to execute the vision for our Multi-Channel Stores
• Determine & Continually refine the assets needed for various platforms (Titles, images, keywords, tags, etc) to ensure the successful publication of new products that are SEO optimized on all platforms, minimizing errors & ensuring accuracy
• Closely work with project managers for website updates
• Verify that fulfillment is happening properly through each of our sales channels and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Utilize & perform extra keyword research for all new products, fully optimizing all listings to ensure we capture all keywords customers are searching for and listings are optimized for each platform
• Meet with customer service manager daily to get feedback from customers to identify bugs on the website, inaccurate product descriptions, broken fulfillment processes then strategize solutions for the problems
• Monthly review to ensure all images, titles, product descriptions, etc are correct on all platforms. (SOP to be created)
• Stay up to date on channel specific knowledge, Tips, Tricks & SEO strategies
• Maximizes site performance and enhances the consumer online shopping experience by leading the planning, scheduling, deployment, execution, and maintenance of all site content
• Identify and promptly react to marketplace issues, e.g., suspended or suppressed listings, unwanted attribute changes, inventory issues, copyright/trademark/patent infringement, etc
• Coordinate with fulfillment partner to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of orders; monitor fulfillment partner performance and address any issues while implementing improvements and streamlining order fulfillment
• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and make datadriven decisions
• Maintain site heat map and page performance on traffic and conversion
• Develop cross selling opportunities on DTC sites and marketplace listings where available
• Identify site optimization opportunities (conversions, site speed, bundles, subscriptions, etc.) and improve the customer site journey, site features, product information, photography, and digital merchandising
• Act as main liaison and project manager between Amazon optimization team, marketing, creative and product development to build and execute sitewide campaigns on our website and storefronts Ensuring the correct products are merchandised on site and in campaigns
• Ensuring creative assets are in line with product sales targets, brand messaging & are on track to be delivered on time & meets needs of creative team
