Overview
Our IT company (MSP) is hiring for the position of Senior Level 3 Project Engineer. This role requires a candidate with a solid background in IT, preferably with at least 4 years of experience in an MSP environment. The salary ranges from $100k to $130k, and the position involves providing Level 2 support, server administration, and managing cloud-based solutions such as Intune and Azure.
Responsibilities:
Deal with escalated technical requests and provide Level 2 support.
Administer servers, including DNS management and configuration.
Manage cloud-based solutions such as Intune and Azure.
Prioritize and handle critical client technical matters with urgency.
Troubleshoot and resolve network and server issues.
Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and other network devices.
Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Overview
A growing Healthcare Company is looking for an IT Level 1 Technician to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing technical support and assistance to our staff members across various healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users experiencing hardware, software, or network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware devices.
- Assist end-users with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Provide guidance on the use of standard software applications such as Microsoft Office suite, electronic medical records (EMR) systems, and other healthcare-specific software.
- Create and manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions according to company policies and procedures. Assist with password resets and account provisioning/deprovisioning as needed.
Skills required:
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service oriented and able to stay calm and professional in high pressure situations.
- Tech-savvy.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in a healthcare or similar regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and common software applications.
