The Director of Marketing will craft and execute innovative strategies to enhance the organization’s visibility and patient engagement within the healthcare industry. This role will play a pivotal part in driving patient acquisition, fostering trust in the brand, and promoting health and wellness initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director will integrate strategic vision with data-driven decision-making to ensure impactful, compliant, and patient-centered communication. The ideal candidate will balance creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to address the unique challenges of healthcare marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the organization’s healthcare services, goals, and values.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand patient needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
• Establish measurable objectives to drive patient acquisition, retention, and awareness of key healthcare service lines.

Patient and Community Engagement:

• Lead initiatives to increase patient outreach and awareness of healthcare programs and services.
• Develop community education campaigns to promote health and wellness while enhancing the organization’s reputation.
• Manage patient experience surveys and integrate actionable feedback into marketing and operational strategies.

Digital and Traditional Marketing:

• Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising, to engage diverse audiences.
• Ensure that digital platforms, including the website and patient portals, are user-friendly, accessible, and compliant with healthcare standards.
• Optimize SEO/SEM efforts to improve visibility and drive patient engagement.

Compliance and Brand Management:

• Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, Stark Law, and other legal requirements.
• Uphold the integrity of the brand by maintaining consistent messaging, visuals, and tone across all communications.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with organizational priorities.
• Support physician outreach and referral programs through targeted campaigns.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on marketing initiatives, performance metrics, and outcomes.
