Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Telemarketer Trainer to deliver comprehensive remote training programs to our team of telemarketers in Jamaica.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for training telemarketers on system usage, data entry, tracking contact information, effective communication techniques, and understanding the services we offer.
- The trainer will ensure that telemarketers are well-prepared to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Deliver Training Programs
- Create and implement training modules for remote telemarketers, focusing on system usage, data entry, contact information tracking, and service explanation
System Training:
- Provide detailed instruction on how to use the telemarketing systems, including entering and tracking contact information accurately
Call Preparation:
- Train telemarketers on identifying and targeting the right individuals, understanding who they will be calling, and the objectives of the calls.
Questioning Techniques:
- Teach effective questioning strategies to gather the necessary information and guide potential customers through the service offerings.
Role-Playing and Simulations:
- Conduct role-playing sessions and simulations to give telemarketers practical experience and build their confidence.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of telemarketers during and after training to ensure they meet the required standards.
Feedback and Improvement:
- Provide constructive feedback and ongoing
support to telemarketers, addressing any areas for improvement.
Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive training materials and update
them as necessary to reflect changes in systems or processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of telemarketing processes and techniques.
- Previous experience in training or mentoring roles, preferably with remote teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
- Proficient in using telemarketing systems and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles.
- Flexibility to work with Jamaican time zones and accommodate different schedules.

Job Purpose/Summary:
- The Telemarketing Reports Administrator is responsible for compiling, analyzing,
and presenting data from various telemarketing and administrative sources to
produce comprehensive employee performance and productivity reports. - This role requires a high level of proficiency in Excel to ensure data is accurately
formatted, merged, and analyzed to identify areas of improvement and ensure
alignment with company goals.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Pull and consolidate data from multiple systems including Intulse VOIP
Phone System, Fingercheck Online Timeclock System, and Less Annoying CRM (LACRM). - Merge data into a single document, ensuring all information is organized by date/time per employee.
- Analyze consolidated data to identify trends, highlight areas that fall outside of metric goals, and prepare actionable insights for management.
- Prepare and format reports in Excel, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Maintain and update databases with new information as necessary.
- Collaborate with management to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Generate periodic performance reports to support operational planning and strategic decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data management and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills for presenting data findings and recommendations.
- Familiarity with telemarketing systems like Intulse VOIP, Fingercheck, and Less Annoying CRM is a plus.
