A Logistics Contracting Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable logistics solutions.
- Identify and prospect new clients within the logistics industry to expand the customer base.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of contracted services.
Skills needed:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self motivated with a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales ideally within the logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics contracting, freight forwarding, or similar services.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development opportunities.
