A Large P&C Insurance Company is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their growing team.

The Account Executive will play a crucial role in fostering and expanding client relationships. The primary responsibility is to drive sales and revenue growth by effectively managing a portfolio of clients, providing tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Identify new business opportunities, upsell additional coverage, and contribute to the overall growth of the company by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Analyze client portfolios to assess risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance coverage, ensuring clients are adequately protected.
  • Work closely with underwriters, claims specialists, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management within the property and casualty insurance industry.

Location: Brooklyn or Monsey, NY

Hours: Full-time

Salary: $70-120k (DOE)
