We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will lead our business to its fullest potential. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: –
**Team Management: ** Oversee our production team and kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared in advance and ready on time. Ensure that all kitchen staff follow recipes, and that the food is prepared to the highest standards.
**Packing and Delivery: ** Ensure that staff packs the food attractively and presents it well. Timely delivery is essential.
**Customer Service: ** Maintain our current customer base by regularly contacting repeat customers, either weekly or bi-weekly. The candidate should be outgoing and comfortable posting updates on WhatsApp.
**Business Development: ** Make cold calls to party planners and potential customers interested in our products.
**Creativity: ** Bring a level of creativity to develop new ideas and concepts for the business.
3 Years Working experience a must!
Base Pay + Commision (Depends on Experience)
