The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth by providing outstanding sales support and service.

Responsibilities include:

• Proactively engaging with customers to understand their specific needs and provide expert guidance on product selection.
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of an extensive product catalog to effectively recommend solutions to customers.
• Accurately processing customer orders using an  internal systems, ensuring all details are recorded correctly.
• Preparing accurate and competitive price quotes for customers based on their requirements.
