A global Commercial Real Estate Company that offers a unique suite of commercial real estate services is seeking a motivated candidate to join their team as a Mortgage Broker / Salesperson.

In this role, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting commercial clients in securing their mortgage loan that best fits their needs and financial goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with commercial clients seeking mortgage financing
  • Engaging with potential clients, in-person and over the phone, to understand their mortgage requirements and presenting them with options that meet their financial objectives
  • Acting as a liaison with clients and ensuring seamless communication and timely progress updates
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including underwriters and loan processors.
  • Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the mortgage sales team

Skills needed:

  • Sales and customer service oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively and build rapport quickly
  • Must be well presented & maintain professionalism at all times

Requirements:

  • Experience in successfully meeting sales targets
  • Real estate and/or mortgage brokerage experience is a big plus

Hours: Full-time

Salary: Commission based
