Overview
A Lighting Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate must have experience managing projects and understanding of autoCAD.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones and deadlines.
- Collaborate with clients and design teams to develop lighting concepts, layouts, and specifications that meet project requirements and adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, and take proactive measures to control costs, minimize risks, and maximize profitability.
Skills required:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Takes initiative.
- A team player with leadership abilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the lighting industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software for lighting design and technical drawings.
