Overview

A growing and successful Plumbing Supply Company is seeking an adept Salesman to join their team.

As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting the products, and securing sales, with a focus on residential developments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct proactive sales visits to residential developments, building relationships with contractors, developers, and architects to generate sales leads and secure business.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product offerings, including features, specifications, and applications, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including purchasing, inventory management, and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Skills needed:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self motivated with a “can-do” attitude.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related field.
