Overview

Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and their families, addressing inquiries, scheduling requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address any issues that arise, finding practical solutions and collaborating with the team to meet clients’ evolving needs.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and updated client records, including care plans, preferences, and any changes in health status or medication instructions.
Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with employees as well as with clients and their families, offering support, reassurance, and empathy throughout their homecare journey.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular check-ins with employees  to ensure their clients’ satisfaction,  and identify areas for improvement to enhance service delivery.
Emergency Response: Handle crises or urgent situations calmly and efficiently, coordinating immediate care and necessary resources to ensure client well-being.
