Responsibilities:

Source promotional and gift items from local vendors and overseas factories.
Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers.
Manage procurement processes and timelines to meet project deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
Ensure quality control and compliance with company standards.
Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
Monitor industry trends and developments to identify new sourcing opportunities.
