Warehouse Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Linden, NJ. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80k to $100k along with benefits. Previous experience with automated warehouse systems is advantageous, and warehouse experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources.
Manage inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts.
Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Implement and maintain safety procedures and protocols.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and meet customer demands.
Utilize automated warehouse systems to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.
