A large Construction Supplies Company is seeking an Account Manager.

You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and requirements.
  • Develop and implement account plans to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide updates on orders, promotions, and industry news.

Skills required:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • The ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the building supplies or construction industry.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
