A Building Supplies Company is seeking an Executive Assistant with a focus on accounts receivable.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to senior executives while managing accounts receivable functions efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence management.
  • Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, billing, and collections, to ensure timely and accurate payments from customers.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries, requests, and communication with professionalism and discretion.
  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes and discrepancies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
