A Building Supplies Company is seeking a Store Manager to lead the daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient management of inventory, and the overall success of the store.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with strong management skills, retail experience, and preferably a background in building supplies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and organizing merchandise to maximize sales opportunities and minimize stockouts.
  • Monitor store performance metrics, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to achieve budgetary goals and optimize expenses.
