A Therapy agency in Monsey is looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our growing team. As a Client Relations Specialist you will:
• Manage and coordinate a caseload of clients receiving one-on-one in-home ABA therapy.
• This role requires someone who is capable of providing excellent customer service to our clients’ families while working
with various departments to ensure proper delivery of ABA services.
• Monitor hourly utilization for all assigned clients on a weekly basis.
• Monitor weekly conversion rates to maintain company standards.
• Monitor client authorizations to ensure all authorizations are active and up to date.
• Participation in weekly meetings.
• Helps with any required paperwork.
• Provide Client advocate with monthly reports.
• Assist with all Client Advocate needs when clients are in active service.
• Provide client advocate support.
• Other job duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:
You have/are:
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal).
• Basic knowledge in Applied Behavioral Analysis is a requirement.
• Previous experience working in ABA preferred.
• Experience in clerical and administrative environments.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Consistent and reliable – our clients and staff members will depend on you to provide timely responses
and communication on a daily basis.
• Strong attention to detail and are highly organized and efficient.
• The ability to work extremely well in a team environment.
• Self starter.
• Central Reach experience is highly preferred.
