- Enter bills and review reports in QuickBooks
- Manage payroll and accounts receivable (statements, past-due balances, customer outreach)
- Communicate with suppliers and manage purchasing (create/review purchase orders)
- Inbound receiving, address discrepancies, and pay vendor bills
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks & Bookkeeping
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage and be responsible for multiple tasks efficiently simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, especially with suppliers and customers
Work Environment:
