Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Receive calls from clients, process customer service requests and service accounts for the Producer as needed.
Provide administrative support to the Insurance Producers and Account Managers on a day-to-day basis.
Collect new account information and enter it into our Agency Management System.
Follow up with clients and insurance companies on proposal and quotes and provide additional information where needed.
Be prepared to take many requests throughout the workday and be able to follow directions very closely with minimal supervision.
Basic administrative skills such as typing proficiency, basic computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential in this position. Data entry Being organized is the key to success in this position.
