Overview
The ideal candidate should be someone that understands to manufacturing and purchasing products.
The ideal candidate will not have to come up with new ideas and items, rather they will take the ideas of the company and develop and build it in the manufacturing/purchasing department to come up with better ways of how and where they should/could develop the items.
