A Retail Store is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Salesperson to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and achieving sales targets. This full-time position requires availability to work throughout the week, including late nights on Thursday, late afternoons on Friday, and be available on Sundays.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist customers with product selection, provide information, and resolve inquiries or complaints.
- Actively drive sales by recommending products and achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Efficiently handle customer transactions, including payments, returns, and exchanges, using the point-of-sale system.
