Overview

Responsibilities include: Communication with mortgage brokers/lawyers and clients.

Providing invoices/ affidavits/ title updates.

Coordinating clearing the file and getting it ready to close

Scheduling closer for closing

Sending closing package to closer

Reviewing all proposed docs

Obtaining funding approval from the lender.

This is a challenging position. Requires attention to detail. Must be up for a challenge. Able to multitask.

Someone who can learn and then spread their wings with the tools and resources they are given.

Skills needed: office experience, will receivetraining.
