Role and Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

-Liaise between clients and internal departments

-Move projects forward, and manage communications for senior executive

-Experience in Real Estate and financial analysis a plus

-Project Management experience preferred

-Must be able to commute to both our Monsey, NY and Hawthorne, NJ offices

-Salary 70-95K depending on experience

Education and/or Experience Preferred

Associate’s degree (A.A.) required.  Two year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; knowledge of real estate/housing/furniture rental industry a plus.
