Tile and Stone company seeking a qualified Office Manager to oversee a 7 person office team.

The office manager will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks and providing support to staff members to ensure they have the necessary supplies, facilities, and support to effectively carry out their responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Payroll Processing
  • Ordering materials
  • Complete documents
  • Handle insurances
  • Being on top of office processes
  • Approve Invoices
  • Overlook A/R
  • Being the contact person for general HR enquiries.

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role.
Microsoft Office proficiency. (especially Excel)
Dropbox

Hours Mon-Thursday 10-5pm

Friday 10-2pm.

Work Remotely on Fridays, and possibly some other days.

located at 11 Broadway, Downtown.

Salary 65-85k Annually.
